phlov3 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phlov3 website accessible at phlov3.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimized versions, and services operated by phlov3.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the phlov3 platform, through which all gaming, financial, and promotional activities are conducted.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a phlov3 account and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of funds staked by a Player on any game or event offered through the phlov3 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's phlov3 account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account pursuant to phlov3's promotional activities.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures phlov3 conducts on Player accounts as required by applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing phlov3 or creating a Player account, you unconditionally accept these Terms, together with the phlov3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phlov3.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the phlov3 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, crash games, bonus programs, and customer support interactions. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using any feature of the phlov3 platform.

If you are accessing phlov3 on behalf of a business entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall apply to both you personally and that entity.

Access to and use of the phlov3 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as set by applicable PAGCOR regulations. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your country of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from phlov3 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by applicable regulatory or governmental authorities that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

To access phlov3's real-money services, you must register a Player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.

4.1 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, the voiding of winnings, and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phlov3. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlov3 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, confiscate bonus funds obtained through multiple account abuse, and permanently close all associated accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phlov3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify phlov3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

phlov3 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All financial transactions on phlov3 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phlov3 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• phlov3 does not accept deposits from credit facilities or funds obtained by illegal means. By depositing, you warrant that your funds come from legitimate sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• phlov3 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• phlov3 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms.

phlov3 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player account at any time, unless phlov3 expressly permits otherwise. Players must opt in to bonuses before making the qualifying deposit or taking the qualifying action, unless the promotion specifies automatic crediting.
• phlov3 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or through abuse of the promotional system, including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors.
• phlov3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

All games offered on the phlov3 platform — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, and instant-win titles — are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these Terms.

Game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) titles are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events conducted by human dealers under monitored studio conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a Player's screen and the result recorded in phlov3's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record. phlov3's system records shall be conclusive evidence of all transactions, wagers, and game results in the absence of manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlov3 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account details to access the platform.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to abuse the bonus system.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be payable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned to phlov3.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the phlov3 platform, its servers, or the networks connected to the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.

phlov3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if phlov3 determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable phlov3 policy.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the platform.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued operation of the account would expose phlov3 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player is under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.

Upon closure for breach, phlov3 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, any balance comprised of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith may be returned at phlov3's discretion after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting phlov3 customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and the settlement of any outstanding bets.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently close their account for gaming purposes for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, phlov3 will not send marketing communications to the Player.

All content on the phlov3 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, interface elements, and written content — is the exclusive property of phlov3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlov3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phlov3 content without express prior written consent from phlov3.

Any unauthorized use of phlov3's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phlov3, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the phlov3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of real-money funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, as all gambling involves inherent financial risk accepted by the Player.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service, provided that phlov3 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your phlov3 account, any game outcome, or any transaction, you should contact phlov3 customer support in the first instance. phlov3 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

Complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this period may not be investigated. phlov3 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable time, typically within 10 business days.

phlov3 considers its decision on any complaint to be final after completion of the internal review process. Players who remain dissatisfied with the outcome of phlov3's internal complaint resolution process may refer their dispute to the applicable external dispute resolution body designated by PAGCOR for the relevant service category.

These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through phlov3's internal complaint resolution process or applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures. This submission to jurisdiction does not limit phlov3's right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction it deems appropriate to enforce its rights or protect its interests.

phlov3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlov3 will notify registered Players via email to the address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the phlov3 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phlov3 support.
